a company-magazine that is released twice a year

During the last years there have been some personal changes in the company Dipl. Ing. Herbert Schneider GmbH and there were customers who claimed that they didn’t know many people from the company anymore. As the personal atmosphere and contact with the customers has always been an important success-factor for the company, actions had to be taken to come closer to the customers again.

One of the measures had been the development of a company-magazine called “Mercedes-Schneider News” to give the customers a better insight into the company. For the main-structure of the magazine it was important to find a well-balanced mixture of product-information, company-information, general information and personal-information.

Meanwhile the third issue is in process and the resonance of the customers is very good. They love to read the magazine and they actively ask for it. There have been feedbacks from customers that they felt closer to the company through reading the magazine as it allows them to take a closer look and find out what is going on backstage.

But the magazine has also a positive effect on the staff-motivation, as their work, achievements or hobbies are a very important part of the magazine.
